ADMISSION CRITERIA of Dony- Polo Mission School for the Hearing and Visually Impaired

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION 

  1. Age Group of the child should be between 7-8 years.
  2. There should not be any kind of additional handicap except hearing and visual impairment.
  3. The child should physically and mentally sound.
  4. Disability certificate.

INTRODUCTION TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

  1. Parents / Guardians are to collect screening format from the office during December of every year.
  2. Submit the duly filled screening format along with required documents during February /  March at office hours.
  3. Parents / Guardians are to attend office along with the child and all medical records on 20th March to April 20 every year for screening test between 10.00 Am.to12.00 PM.
  4. Admission will be confirmed only after screening test as per availability of seats (max.10).
  5. List of selected children will be published in the last week of June.
  6. Admission process will start during last week of July.
